Scheme Manager Training at 'Johnnie' Johnson Housing Trust

We've recently completed a highly successful training programme at 'Johnnie' Johnson Housing Trust, providing bespoke rents (ActiveH) and repairs (Promaster and Locator Plus) system training for 50 scheme managers with varying IT abilities. Our social housing trainer will also be helping implement a new voids and allocations package later this year.

As part of the recent stock transfer from Ribble Valley Borough Council to Ribble Valley Homes, we provided Orchard arcHouse training for all staff. The purpose-built courses covered repairs, voids and allocations, planned maintenance, arrears pursuance and reporting.
